Lately it seems like Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani can’t go a day without seeing headlines claiming they are expecting their first child together. In an appearance on the TODAY show, the country singer opens up on his relationship with the international popstar and her adorable three sons.
“You got a relationship you’re happy with, you got music you’re happy with, you got kids on the way,” joked Kathie Lee Gifford in reference to the unrelenting rumours surrounding Shelton and Stefani.
“Ya never saw that comin’, joked Shelton, before getting serious. “How can I not be [in love]? She is the greatest,” shared Shelton. “She is the greatest.”
In addition to falling in love with Stefani, the country singer fell for her children, the country singer going to admit that he now realizes how much he missed out on.
“At this point in my life, I kind of put that—well, I guess that wasn’t meant to be—and then all of a sudden it happens one way or another, and I’m like, wow, I really missed out on a lot, you know,” he shared. “Having them around is, I don’t even know how to describe it. It’s so much fun.”
So does Shelton have any major regrets in his life? Just that The Voice isn’t filmed in Oklahoma.
