CMT Music Awards Finally Announces Nominees – And Some Will Surprise You

Country singer Kelsea Ballerini stopped by Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford’s hour to reveal some exciting news – the nominees for the 2018 CMT Music Awards!

Not only did we find out who the nominees are, we also found out who will be hosting the awards show that is taking place on Wednesday, June 6. Little Big Town will be taking over hosting duties from Nashville actor Charles Esten, who did a fantastic job last year!

Jason AldeanFlorida Georgia Line, and Carrie Underwood lead in nominations with four each. These awards are fan voted, so every artist needs you to help them win!

Voting for each category is underway at CMT.com. Voting ends at 12:01am Eastern Time on June 4. The final five nominees for Video of the Year will be announced the morning of the awards show and fans will be able to vote for the winner all day online, and on Twitter during the telecast.
