Topping charts with their single “I Know Somebody”, it’s no surprise country music duo LoCash was chosen to perform the National Anthem at the second game of the highly anticipated series. According to a press release, “Major League Baseball announced Reviver Records hot country duo LOCASH, comprised of Chris Lucas and Preston Brust, will perform the National Anthem prior to Game Two of the 2016 World Series on Wednesday, Oct. 26 on FOX.”
LoCash’s first song to crush top 10 of the Billboard Hot Country charts was released in 2015, as “Love This Life” became their lead single on the album The Fighters.
