When a brother and sister sat down and covered two of the most beloved songs of all time in one adorable mashup, the internet went wild. Kenny Holland, an aspiring indie/pop/rock singer-songwriter joined his little sister Capri to sing the mashup, and the video he shared of their little performance on went viral.
Kenny and Capri sang a blend of Elvis Presley‘s “Can’t Help Falling in Love” and the song “Over the Rainbow” from The Wizard of Oz. They called their mashup “Can’t Help Falling Over the Rainbow,” and the result is perhaps the most adorable thing you’ll hear all day.
Little Capri started off singing first, before her brother joined in and harmonized with her. As their performance progressed they switched back and forth from singing the two songs, and the ease with which they blended the two together is impressive.
Once Capri and Kenny reached the end of the mashup, they each took on a different song, with Capri singing “Over the Rainbow” and Kenny singing “Can’t Help Falling in Love With You.” We never would have thought blending these two songs before, but this brother and sister duo makes us realize how perfect they sound together.
