Putting her own twist on this hit from country music’s favorite redhead, young Kayla Woodson brought the audience to their feet and had them cheering along – but all of the coaches refused to turn around.

Season 14 of NBC’s hit singing competition, The Voice, kicked off with a roaring start and they’re smack dab in the middle of the blind audition segment – each coach building their team from a wide variety of contestants, some of which they have to fight over.

Singing Reba‘s 2010 hit, “Turn On The Radio,” Woodson brought a growling and deep sound to the loudspeakers, eliciting a great response from the audience, but the looks on the judge’s faces didn’t match the thrill from the crowd.

Woodson has been singing for many years and has put every part of her heart and soul into her music career, and this would have been an amazing step forward for her – but she’s still got some exciting news up her sleeve for all her fans.

Taking to social media, Woodson revealed that she enjoyed her time on the show and is prepared to announce a very special surprise later in the day!
