Pentatonix Releases Bone-Chilling Video For ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’

Three-time Grammy Award-winning a cappella group Pentatonix took on Queen with a bone-chilling cover of their iconic rock song, “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

The group piled onto a couch, stared deep into the lens of the camera, and kicked off their cover with a spine-tingling harmony before lending control to group tenor Mitch Grassi. The vocalist took hold of the song while the other four band members provided backup.

The group’s rendition of Queen’s epic is nothing shy of  incredible. Their take on “Bohemian Rhapsody” is the lead-track off their latest EP PTX Vol. IV – Classics and is debatably their greatest cover video yet. Between their intense harmonies and insane vocal effects, Pentatonix proved they are a force to be reckoned with.

In addition to Grassi, Pentatonix consists of Scott Hoying, Kirstin Maldonado, Avi Kaplan, and Kevin Olusola. The world was initially introduced to the vocal group back in 2011 when they were named the Season 3 champions of NBC’s The Sing-Off.
