Everyone knows Luke Bryan can sing and dance, but he went above and beyond our expectations during a 2018 Pickler & Ben cooking segment. By the end, you’ll be begging for his delicious family recipe AND for more of his hysterical antics!
When Pickler & Ben invited country mega-star, Luke Bryan onto their show – they knew it was going to be a good time. What they didn’t know was that Luke was going to “kick it up a notch” with some skillful(ish) cooking and dancing!
Standing in the Pickler & Ben kitchen, Luke explained that he is “a great cook in the realms of what I know how…”
While he might not venture outside of his comfort zone, it looks like Luke knows what he is talking about! After calling up his dad for approval, he brought his famous family recipe for Chicken Rice Soup on the show. The best part? He didn’t skimp on the ingredients…or the laughter!
The crowd started hysterically laughing while Kellie, Ben, and Luke looked confused. Finally, the crowd told them that Luke had done a big health code “no-no” by putting the spoon he had tapped his head with back into the soup!
With his true southern boy charm, Luke explained, “Hey, my mother grew up cooking with a cigarette in her mouth so…”
Luke continued to make a few more faux pas before finally wrapping up the cooking segment. But, Ben wasn’t going to let him off the hook just yet…
Dance Party In The Kitchen
Ben stopped everything to tell Luke they have similar dancing moves. As Ben started doing some Elvis-like hip twists, the crowd roared with laughter.
But the real treat was when Luke stepped in to join the talk-show host. The boys then tried to take on the newest dance craze – the floss!
