Last month, singer Colton Swon of the country duo The Swon Brothers took to Instagram to try and help find a lost dog’s owners. He and his fiancé Caroline Glaser found a dog “roaming the streets” with no information, tags, or chip. After unsuccessfully finding the owner, Glaser and Swon, who met while competing on The Voice, adopted the pup and named her Nova.
Since then, she’s been the apple of their eye and has been living a great life with them.

In recent weeks, Swon has been trying to teach Nova how to sing. It’s been as hilarious as it is adorable and he’s documented their singing lessons on social media. Watch one below.

She is actually pretty good at hitting the right notes! Since Swon is now a dad to a singing dog, maybe he’ll bring her on an upcoming tour with him! He did just wrap up opening for Carrie Underwood on her Storyteller Tour and she’s a huge dog lover, too!
The other day, while Glaser, Swon, and Nova were hanging out at home, Swon started singing “Amazing Grace” and Nova sang along, even getting quite emotional at some parts.
