From coaching her Voice teammates to getting her own talk show and now voicing a character in the movie Ugly Dolls – this mama is on a roll. Clarkson played the lead role, Moxy, in the animated film who is a confident and curious ball of fun. Several other artists who lent their voices to the movie are Blake Shelton, Nick Jonas, Emma Roberts, and many more.

The musical comedy features an array of feel-good original songs by the stars. One of those being Clarkson’s “Broken & Beautiful” ballad. While the powerful anthem is the perfect fit for Clarkson, it speaks volumes for girls and guys of all ages.

So it was the sweetest addition when Clarkson brought in her daughter, River Rose to star in the music video.
The video stars Clarkson’s Ugly Dolls character Moxy, River Rose, and herself all backstage. As Clarkson gets ready in front of the mirror, her daughter plays dress up right beside her.
After sneak-peeking a few clips from the movie, the camera flashes back to River Rose and Kelly. River Rose helps her mom do her makeup before she takes the stage in a gorgeous sparkly gown.
