When it comes to entertainment and laughs, country music superstars Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton are always up to the task. These two singers, known for their hilarious antics on their respective singing competition shows, never fail to entertain their fans. But recently, Luke took the competition off the stage and onto social media, delivering an epic roast that left Blake feeling the burn.
It all started when Blake posted a video on his Instagram, attempting to dance alongside musician Lauren Alaina. The clip featured the duo grooving to the viral TikTok dance set to Lauren and Yellowstone star Lainey Wilson’s catchy tune “Thicc as Thieves.” While Lauren flawlessly executed the moves, Blake struggled to find his rhythm and ended up adding his own unique twist to the dance.

Naturally, Luke couldn’t resist chiming in when he came across Blake’s hilarious attempt at dancing. Given that one of Luke’s hit tracks, “Country Girl (Shake It for Me),” had a lyric featured in Lauren’s new song, he saw the perfect opportunity to tease his fellow country singer. With his trademark humor, Luke left a comment that had fans rolling with laughter.
“I didn’t think anything could be worse than your singing until now,” Luke jokingly wrote in the comments section on Instagram.

Of course, Luke’s fans couldn’t help but join in on the fun and laugh at Blake’s failed dance moves. One fan praised Blake’s authenticity, saying, “What makes Blake so great is the fact that he is REAL!!!” Another fan highlighted Blake’s hilarious facial expressions and head-bobbing, adding,  “I have never laughed so hard in my life! It’s the look on Blake’s face that did it for me!”
While Luke’s playful banter with Blake on social media is nothing new, this is not the first time Blake has showcased his less-than-stellar dance skills online. Back in March, the “God’s Country” artist shared a TikTok video of his pre-show routine, which included an energetic but seemingly uncoordinated line dance.
With both Luke and Blake proving their dance prowess leaves much to be desired, it might just be time for these two country stars to have their own dance-off. Fans would undoubtedly be thrilled to witness their friendly competition and enjoy the laughter and entertainment that would surely follow.
