As reported by TMZ, Lovato was found unconscious at her Hollywood Hills home just one day after celebrating her close friend’s birthday.
The star, who has collaborated with country music stars before and even covered some of their songs – has been an icon to so many with her brutal honesty and outspoken voice on the trials she has faced with addiction and an eating disorder.
I love @DDLovato so much. It breaks my heart that she is going through this. She is a light in this world, and I am sending my love to her and her family.

In 2016, she and Brad Paisley worked together to record a duet that he released as a single that same year. “Without A Fight” was a hit success for Paisley and they performed it live at various news shows and other venues.
Brad Paisley and Lovato became good friends during this time and he even played guitar for her stripped-down performance of “Stone Cold” at the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
I don’t even know what to say except I’m thinking of you @ddlovato . 💜

Demi Lovato was even supposed to sing Maren Morris’ hit collaboration “The Middle” before she chose to cancel it in favor of releasing her own single in July 2017.
Just a year later, Lovato released a song titled “Sober” that explained to the world that she had relapsed after six years of sobriety from drugs and alcohol.
Heartbroken to hear what our friend @ddlovato is going through right now. Sending all the love and positive vibes to her and her family. 💔

The song was penned from a first person narrative and is sang like a heartfelt apology – it’s a song that really grips you with its lyrics.
In a tweet offering his support, love, and prayers for Demi Lovato, Brad Paisley spoke out to his millions of fans and shared heartfelt words to her in the wake of this terrifying time.
“My friend Demi Lovato is one of the kindest, most talented people I’ve ever met. Praying for her right now, addiction is a terrifying disease. There is no one more honest or brave than this woman.”
