Shortly after visiting a doctor with concerns about an issue related to her vocal chords, Miranda Lambert has been forced to cancel two concert dates, leaving fans both saddened and disappointed – but hopeful for the singer’s return.
In a press release issued earlier today, September 12th, the concert promoter responsible for the concerts announced that Miranda would not be attending her shows on the 15th, 16th, and 17th due to doctors mandating she rest her vocal chords.
The earlier date is a show scheduled for Corpus Christi, the middle one booked for Austin, and the later one was set for San Antonio, TX. The release states that refunds are available, but looks like these fans will not get another date to see the star unless she books a new event in the area.
These dates appear to be the very last shows of her Keeper of the Flame Tour.
We hope that Miranda gets better soon, and we are certain that she’s just as upset by having to cancel the concerts as the fans that were excited to see her.
Sending well wishes and prayers her way!
