After 20+ years of marriage, these two Nashville sweethearts show no sign of losing steam from their red hot romance. While sharing the stage for a romantic duet of “I Need You,” Faith Hill nearly collapsed from emotion while singing to her country hunk husband, Tim McGraw.

Taking place on one of the final nights of McGraw’s Brothers Of The Sun Tour in August 2012, Hill became overwhelmed with emotion and love for her husband. The “This Kiss” singer stopped midway through the song and struggled to go on while singing the emotional lyrics, “Like the Father and the Son need the Holy Ghost, I need you.”

Hill attempted to compose herself, but found herself unable to continue, completely paralyzed with emotion.

America’s favorite power couple released “I Need You” back in April 2007, quickly sweeping the charts before peaking at number eight on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs as well as number 50 on the all-genre Hot 100.

The country ballad was nominated in two categories at the 2008 Grammys for Best Country Collaboration with Vocals as well as Best Country Song. The duet details two lovers’ need for one another, explaining how if the other was to cease to exist in their life, they would be unable to go on.

The country singers’ romantic tale began back in Spring of 1996 when Hill joined forces with McGraw on the Spontaneous Combustion Tour. They became immediately smitten with each other, marrying later that year in 1996. Since then, they have welcomed three daughters, Gracie, Maggie, and Audrey.

The couple have tried to not be apart from one another for longer than three consecutive days since becoming married.

“I’m lucky to have her,” McGraw recently shared with E! News. “She’s the light of our whole family’s life. [Faith] keeps everything going for us, and we all strive to be like my wife – everybody in my family. So I think that if your wife sort of holds the example for everybody in the family then that’s a good thing.”
