Kane Brown Opens Up About His Fitness Journey With His Fans
Recently, Kane Brown shared with his fans that he had started a “super dedicated” fitness journey to improve his health.
The “Miles On It” singer gave the update through a social media post back in May, sharing before-and-after photos that show how much progress he has made.
In the post, Brown says that the two photos were taken just a little over a month apart.
Even though he only started being strict with his health routine not long ago, his transformation is already pretty incredible! He captioned the photos:
“From April 1st on the (left) until today (right) I’ve been super dedicated to fitness and health. I would love others to come on this journey with me.”

Brown also gave a little insight into what he’s been doing over the past several weeks. He responded to a fan who commented on his fitness journey post, asking about his diet.
He said he’s mostly eating meat and vegetables, and if he has carbs, he eats them earlier in the day.
The 31-year-old added that he doesn’t eat anything after 8 pm.
Kane Brown Shares That His Mom Has Begun Her Health Journey With Him
It looks like Kane Brown’s commitment to fitness has also rubbed off on those closest to him.
In a post on Instagram, Brown shared a screenshot of a text message from his mom. In the message, she told him that she’s never felt better since focusing on her own health. She thanks him for inspiring her to make a change.
“Mama following in my fitness journey, Brown wrote in the caption, “these are her words not mine.”
Fans filled the comments with kind words, congratulating his mom on her progress and applauding Brown for being a source of motivation for her.
“Way to go momma!! It’s great when our kids can inspire us. It’s nice to see you doing that for your mom,” a fan wrote.
“This is amazing! Go mama brown!!!” exclaimed another.
