Lady A is getting back in the holiday spirit!
On August 22, the band announced that their new album, On This Winter’s Night (Volume 2), was set to be released soon.
Before this album, the band hadn’t released a Christmas album in over a decade. The first volume came out in 2012, so fans have been waiting over 10 years for new holiday music from them.
Lady A’s Christmas Album Officially Released
On Friday (September 26), Lady A announced their album had officially been released.
“Being a part of your holiday traditions over the years has been a true blessing for us and we’re so excited to continue to build new traditions with you through this album,” the band wrote on Instagram.
Traditional hits including “Last Christmas,” “Winter Wonderland,” and “O Holy Night” are all apart of the new release.
Fans took to social media to share their excitement over the new album.
“Ready for it ❤️💚💚❤️,” one user exclaimed.
“Already listened to it at least 6 times today 🎄,” another said.
Fans can also look forward to hearing Lady A’s new Christmas music live when the group launches their The Winter’s Night tour.
The 12-date run begins in Atlanta on December 5 and is set to end just before Christmas with a three-night stay at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium.
