Luke Bryan may have found a potential buyer for his $12.95 million beachfront home.
Bryan and his wife, Caroline Boyer, have enjoyed relaxing at their stunning coastal getaway for nearly a decade, but it appears they are now ready to part ways with the Florida mansion.

Located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, the property has a pending offer after being on the market for two years, with the price being reduced three times during that period.
The home was originally built in 1994 and later renovated by popular Nashville designer Chad James and architect Geoff Chick. Luke Bryan first listed the home for $18 million in December 2022, but ended up reducing the price soon after to $16 million in February 2023. The property was further lowered to $14.95 million in June 2023, and finally set at $12.95 million in May this year.
Originally purchased by Bryan in 2013 for $2.5 million, this 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 4,645-square-foot beachfront home sits on over an acre of land. It features an oceanfront view and a private pool area, making it a dream vacation spot.
According to The Martin Group—Coastal Luxury, the home will come fully furnished and include many luxurious amenities, such as a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, elevator access to each floor, marble flooring, and a private balcony in the master suite located on the fourth floor.
