The 50th Annual CMA Awards were held Wednesday night (Nov. 2) and fans were promised a night full of country music history and legendary performances.

The Country Music Association definitely delivered on their promises with performances from Vince Gill, Alan Jackson, George Strait, Reba McEntire, Martina McBride, Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, and more!

Because TV cameras can only do so much, there was a lot from the night that we missed! Let’s take a look at the Top 7 moments from the CMA Awards that didn’t air on TV.

Actress Jennifer Garner was on hand at the CMA Awards to present an award and Kelsea Ballerini was performing her hit “Peter Pan”, as well as hoping to win a couple awards.

She didn’t go home a winner technically, but because of this dance, she may have thought she won the night!

She and Garner did a couple dance moves from the Michael Jackson song “Thriller” that is featured in Garner’s film 13 Going On 30. They both have huge smiles on their faces!

It’s a case of ‘Who Wore It Better?!”

Reba playfully shared a side by side image of herself on the red carpet at the CMA Awards and her make up artist Brett Freedman wearing her dress later in the night.

“I have to start locking my closet door,” she wrote.

By the way, Reba DEFINITELY wore it better!

Little Big Town Met Up With Taylor Swift, Who Wrote The Song They Performed

In a crazy turn of events, Taylor Swift surprised everyone by appearing at the CMA Awards to present Entertainer of the Year to Garth Brooks AND by writing a brand new break up song for Little Big Town, which they performed at the show!

The Vocal Group of the Year winners were able to meet up with Swift backstage and thank her for giving them such an incredible song, “Better Man”.

“Taylor Swift, you are a class act, a dear friend and a hell of a songwriter,” the band captioned the photo.

Maren Morris brought us all to tears during her acceptance speech, but before she got up onstage to accept her award for New Artist of the Year, her parents sat patiently in the audience waiting for the results.

Luckily someone was filming their reactions as their daughter’s name was called. Watch it in the video above.

Scotty McCreery Meeting His Idol Randy Travis For The First Time

Although Scotty McCreery was not nominated for any CMA awards, he was not going to miss out on such a monumental night. He’s probably really glad he went because he was able to meet the man that inspired him to sing country music – Randy Travis.

As most of you know, Travis was part of the opening performance and brought everyone to tears when he even sang a little bit.

This was my CMA award tonight! Y’all have no idea how big of a deal this was to me. Little scotty used to sit on the end of his bed with a guitar playing three wooden crosses, forever and ever amen, 1982, diggin up bones and so many other randy travis songs till 2 in the morning. This man, as much as anyone, really inspired me to sing country music. What an honor it was to meet him tonight!” McCreery wrote on his Instagram photo.

Brothers Osborne Were More Emotional Off Camera

No one was more surprised than the Brothers Osborne when they beat out Florida Georgia Line, who have won this award for the last two years, for Duo of the Year.

After their acceptance speech, they hugged for so long, they were escorted off stage! John was wiping tears from his eyes and they walked backstage with their arms around each other. According to PEOPLE, John was overheard saying, “I still feel like this is the most elaborate, most expensive hoax.”

So Much Love!

These country artists proved that love still exists., even when you are the most famous people in your industry.

Kimberly Williams Paisley was super proud of her husband, who had multiple roles in the night, including performer and host!

What an amazing #cma night! Great job all, but especially my man @bradpaisley 💛💛💛#proud

Garth and Trisha will always be country royalty by themselves, but together, they are a King and Queen! Garth was referenced during the opening monologue as Mr. Trisha Yearwood, and he loved it!

After he won the coveted Entertainer of the Year award, he let people hold his award, but he never let go of Miss Trisha’s hand.

Standing next to the QUEEN makes any day a great day, but especially today! love, g #CMAawards50
