The Country Artist Was Brought On Stage To Sing With Brandon Lake At His Show In Atlanta
“What if we all talked to Jesus like a friend, talked to our friends about Him, and didn’t stop ’til we got everybody in?”
That’s one of the questions in Cole Swindell’s “Make Heaven Crowded,” which was released on September 26 in the wake of the killing of Charlie Kirk.
The song has caught on, with Swindell joining many artists who have expressed a renewed interest in Christian faith.
On Saturday, October 4, Christian artist Brandon Lake’s King of Hearts Tour stopped in Georgia, which is Swindell’s home state… and Swindell was given a special opportunity.
Being brought up on stage by Lake, the two led worship, singing both of their latest songs.

Brandon Lake And Cole Swindell Sing Together
“Would you all please give the warmest welcome to my new good friend Cole Swindell, y’all?” said Lake to a delighted Atlanta crowd.
With Lake on acoustic guitar, Swindell sang his hit song “Make Heaven Crowded.”
Afterward, Lake then said, “Alright, so I’m gonna make him sing one of mine.”
From there, the two broke into a duet of Lake’s newest song, “When A Cowboy Prays.”

Reflecting on the experience of joining Lake on stage, Swindell wrote on Instagram, “It would’ve been a blessing just to witness that, but for you to invite me to share my new song with YOUR sold-out crowd in my home state meant the world to me.”
Lake is presently on tour in support of his fifth studio album, King of Hearts, which includes the worship single “That’s Who I Praise” and the hit crossover song “Hard Fought Hallelujah,” featuring Jelly Roll.
Of the King of Hearts Tour, Swindell added, “It’s more than a show.. It’s a spiritual, emotional experience that I’m still not over. You could literally FEEL Jesus in the room all night.”
