The country music couple’s donation will support multiple national organizations raising funds for those affected by the fires. The Stapletons’ $1 million donation comes just weeks after multiple wildfires erupted across Los Angeles, California. The fires, fueled by extremely dry conditions and strong winds, quickly grew in intensity. This left many communities in need of support.

One of the hardest-hit areas was the Pacific Palisades. Thousands of homes and businesses in the area have been lost to the flames.

Chris and Morgane Stapleton aren’t the only ones in the country music community stepping up to help those affected.

Brad Paisley spoke out about the devastating impact of the fires, sharing that the tragedy was near and dear to his heart. He revealed that a former house he and his wife once lived in was among those lost in the destruction.

Jelly Roll also recently stepped up to help. He joined the long list of artists who performed at the Fire Aid benefit concert at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. During his set, he delivered an emotional rendition of his song I Am Not Okay.
