The 2025 Single Of The Year nominees are as follows:

“4x4xU” – Lainey Wilson
Producer: Jay Joyce
Mix Engineers: Jason Hall, Jay Joyce

Previous Single of the Year winners include Chris Stapleton’s “White Horse,” Luke Combs’ “Fast Car,” “‘Til You Can’t” by Cody Johnson, “Starting Over” by Chris Stapleton, and “The Bones” by Maren Morris.

Billy Ray Cyrus and Elizabeth Hurley did the honors of handing out the award for Single of the Year to…

Ella Langley and Riley Green for “you look like you love me!”

“you look like you love me” is the reigning Musical Event of the Year, so it’s a no brainer that it took home this year’s award for Single of the Year. It went No. 1 on Billboard‘s Country Airplay chart and peaked at number seven on the Hot Country Songs chart.

Congratulations to Riley and Ella!
