With the CMA Awards coming up on November 10, more and more announcements about “Country music’s biggest night” have been revealed.
On October 18, after many weeks of speculation, they revealed the country star who would be hosting the awards show – Luke Bryan! It will be the first time in 18 or so years that one person will be hosting, instead of a duo or group of people! What an honor.

On October 21, the Association announced the first round of performers, which included Jimmie Allen, Brothers Osborne, Eric Church, Dan + Shay, Mickey Guyton with Brittney Spencer and Madeline Edwards, Carly Pearce and Ashley McBryde, and Blake Shelton.

Exactly two weeks before the awards show, they announced the second round of performers on social media. Carrie Underwood and Jason Aldean will be giving the premiere television performance of their chart-topping hit “If I Didn’t Love You.”
Other just-announced performers include Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Old Dominion, Chris Stapleton, and Chris Young with Kane Brown, who will be performing their #1 hit “Famous Friends.”
