A first-of-its-kind RV resort is coming to East Tennessee in spring 2021!
Construction for “Camp Margaritaville” is now underway in Pigeon Forge. The new resort will allow RVs to park on the property off of Cates Lane and provides campers with additional on-site entertainment, including an on-site bar and restaurant, pool, camp store, and a putting green.

“Really bringing that ‘5 o’clock somewhere’ attitude to the RV business has been well received,” Developer Darby Campbell said in a statement to WATE news. “Our occupancies in the area with Margaritaville have been terrific, and we hope to see that carry forward here.”
RV vacation lovers can expect to book their visit to the park in late spring. The RV park is projected to open in early May, while the lodge is predicted to open in late July or early August.
While the new RV experience promises lots of on-site entertainment, travelers can also experience Dolly Parton’s famous theme park, Dollywood, which is also located in the Pigeon Forge area.
