The 2024 Summer Olympics will be taking place in Paris, France.
More than 10,000 athletes will gather in the French capital for two weeks of fierce competition across 329 events in 39 sports. Athletes from around the world have been training to represent their countries on this grand stage that comes around only every four years, and what better way to kick off the competition than with a song that embodies the spirit of the event?
Ahead of the Paris 2024 opening ceremony on Friday, July 26, this year’s theme song has been released.
Pop queen Gwen Stefani has become the latest superstar to lend her voice to the Olympics with her new track, “Hello World.” Collaborating with singer and producer Anderson .Paak, the song sets the perfect tone for the upcoming games.

The duo was announced as the artists for the 2024 Olympics theme song just a day before its release. The official Olympics Instagram page also provided a behind-the-scenes look at Stefani and Paak filming the corresponding music video, which was released simultaneously with the track.

The song is an upbeat pop tune featuring Stefani and Paak performing on a bright red stage with a city backdrop. Throughout the video, clips of past Olympic moments are shown, highlighting the incredible achievements of these athletes and adding to the energetic vibe of the track.

The opening ceremony for the 2024 Summer Olympics will take place on Friday, July 26, and the event will run until the closing ceremony on Sunday, August 11.
