Blake Shelton‘s 46th birthday was in 2022. His wife, Gwen Stefani, shared a sweet birthday message for him on social media.
“i don’t wanna luv nobody but u:) happy birthday @blakeshelton,” Stefani captioned a video of her and Shelton delivering a live performance of their #1 duet “Nobody but You.”

Shelton celebrated his birthday in Santa Rosa, California, where he was performing during the Country Summer Music Festival.
At one point, Stefani interrupted the show to give him a birthday surprise. She strolled onto the stage with a chocolate cake in tow, much to Shelton’s delight.
Stefani got a microphone and led the crowd in singing “Happy Birthday” to her husband. Shelton could be seen smiling the entire time.
The “Come Back as a Country Boy” singer took to social media to post a video of Stefani surprising him. He thanked everyone who made his birthday special, writing:
“Thank y’all for all the birthday wishes this past weekend and for y’all who came out to party at Country Summer!!! What a damn time we had.. also.. I love you @gwenstefani!!!!“
