Talk about an all-star lineup!
Hank Williams, June Carter, Roy Acuff and some of their very talented friends got together to sing a lively and energetic rendition of the gospel favorite, “I Saw The Light.”
The country legends gave an energetic performance while dancing, clapping, and switching off singing the lead. The chorus was extremely powerful when they all sang in unison.
“I Saw The Light” was written and recorded by Williams in 1948. The song was inspired by a comment Hank’s mother made while they were driving from a concert.
