In-N-Out, the beloved California-based burger chain, has announced plans to expand to Tennessee with the opening of a new location in Nashville.

This marks the farthest the company has gone east in the United States, where it currently has 385 locations spread across California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and other states.

Gov. Bill Lee said in a statement, “I’m proud to welcome In-N-Out Burger, an iconic American brand, to the Volunteer State. Tennessee’s unmatched business climate, skilled workforce and central location make our state the ideal place for this family-run company to establish its first eastern United States hub.”

The Nashville location will feature In-N-Out’s famous “animal style” burgers, which are topped with extra spread, grilled onions, and pickles.

The chain is also known for its “Not So Secret Menu” items, such as Animal Style, the “3×3” (a burger with three beef patties and three slices of cheese), and the “4×4” (a burger with four beef patties and four slices of cheese).

“This expansion is significant for our Company,” In-N-Out owner and president Lynsi Snyder said in a statement. “For many years, we’ve heard requests from our Customers in Tennessee to consider opening locations near them, further east than we’ve ever been. Our Customers are our most important asset at In-N-Out, and we very much look forward to serving them in years to come, and becoming part of the wonderful communities in The Volunteer State.”

The Nashville location is planned to be operational by 2026.

In-N-Out has built a loyal following over the years, thanks in part to its commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients and its focus on customer service.

The company is also known for its strong company culture and its commitment to its employees, many of whom have been with the company for decades.

“In every decision I make, I always consider what my family would want. I have no doubt that my grandparents, dad and uncle would be proud of this decision to grow our Associate family and serve even more amazing Customers beginning in Nashville and the surrounding areas,” president Snyder said in a statement.

The decision to expand to Tennessee is part of In-N-Out’s overall growth strategy, which includes opening new locations in states such as Texas and Florida in the near future.

In-N-Out’s expansion to Tennessee is sure to be welcomed by burger lovers in the state, as well as by fans of the chain who have been hoping for a location closer to home.

The company’s commitment to quality and customer service is sure to make it a hit in Nashville and beyond.

It’s exciting to see In-N-Out expanding its reach and bringing its famous burgers and secret menu items to new customers across the country.

The cult-like following and high-quality ingredients make it a strong player in the fast-food industry. And with plans to expand further in the U.S., it’s clear that In-N-Out is in the position to continue its success for years to come.
