If y’all weren’t familiar with the blood, sweat, and tears that proudly run through the roots of small southern towns, Jason Aldean is about to slam your misconceptions and tell you exactly how misinformed you’ve been! The Georgia born country boy released a fiery message in his newly released music video for his small town anthem “They Don’t Know”, wholeheartedly praising the men and women that dedicate their hearts and souls to living the simple, but hardworking, lifestyle.

Kicking off his new music video with a bit of behind the scenes tour footage, the singer thanked his fans for assisting in his tour and giving him one heck of an experience. However, the following anthem was no shortage of gratitude and pride in his “two lane just passing by slow down town” folks. The video contains a series of thrilling off roading shots, complete with a downpour of mud, dirt, and small town patriotism. “They ain’t seen the blood, sweat and tears it took to live their dreams/ When everything’s on the line/ Ain’t just another field, just another farm/ No, it’s the ground we grew up on/ They think it’s a middle of nowhere place where we take it slow/ Aw, but they don’t know,” Aldean crooned.

Fans were elated by the kick ass song that packed a heavy dose of pride and values. Aldean’s powerful lyrics credited much deserved validation to small towns that are often overlooked or disregarded in light of living a much more close knit lifestyle and straying from the glitz and glam of materialism. The song can be found on the singer’s same titled studio album released back in 2016.
