Joanna Gaines To Star In New Show With A Family Member – And It’s Not Chip

Joanna And Chip Gaines launched their own television network in January 2022. While some of the network’s programming has been available on Discovery+ for almost two years, the actual television channel officially took over the DIY Network on Wednesday, January 5.

They kicked it off with the cable premiere of Fixer Upper: Welcome Home.

They signed countless deals to round out their new network of shows, which includes shows like Art In Bloom, Family Dinner, Growing Floret, Home Work, and Joanna’s cooking show Magnolia Table with Joanna Gaines.

Now, its been announced that Joanna Gaines will be starring in another show with a family member, but it’s not her husband, Chip!

According to PEOPLE, the new show will be called The Retro PlantShop with Mikey and Jo and will follow Joanna and her sister Mary Kay “Mikey” McCall as they “the business of her dreams: retro-inspired plant shop that blends her passion for gardening with her love of unique, vintage items.”

New episodes will air every Friday beginning on Fridays, beginning May 20.

The flower shop is called Ferny’s is run out her a rehabbed Yellowstone Cavelier. The shop already has its own Instagram page and a decent following!
