Kane Brown Recently Shared Some Of The Negative Sides Of The Country Music Industry
Country singer Kane Brown recently opened up about how his skin color has caused him to run into some issues within the industry.
During an interview on Logan Paul’s podcast, “Impaulsive,” Brown shared how one writer wouldn’t even write with him, because he was black.
“There was another big write who has like over 30 #1’s that said the same thing,” the country star shared.
Brown said the individual later apologized when he got extremely famous, but he said he told him “no” to collaborating together due to his past remarks.
The “Thank God” singer also shared the extremely low percentage of people of color working in the country music industry.
“Out of everybody on country radio, I think it was like 9% was black artists,” Brown shared.

The Country Star Also Gives Some “Girl Dad” Advice
Brown, who has two little girls, Kingsley Rose and Kodi Jane, with his wife Katelyn, also shared with Paul some girl dad advice he’s attained over the years.
“Front to back!,” the singer told Paul, referring to wiping when changing a diaper.
Brown also shared how he is wrapped around his daughters’ fingers, and warned Paul would be too, who now has one baby girl of his own.
“I’m like I don’t want to have to punish you,” he said. “And then after I do it I’m just like, uh.”
