Ella Langley Releases New Highly Anticipated Album, Dandelion

Ella Langley’s newest album, Dandelion is gaining worldwide attention, and for good reason!

Her hit song off the album, “Choosin’ Texas,” was released on October 7th, 2025. Shortly after, the song debuted at #37 on the all-genre Billboard Hot 100. By December 2nd, it had reached the top of the US Hot Country Songs chart, becoming Langleys’ first solo career #1 hit.

Additionally, it became the fastest-rising solo female song at US Country Radio this decade, reaching the Top 10 in just eight weeks.

On February 5th, Chart Data revealed that “Choosin’ Texas” had become the United States’ best-selling song in 2026 by total units, surpassing Taylor Swift’s 10-week #1 hit, “The Fate of Ophelia.”

Just last week, on April 9th, Ella officially released her sophomore album into the world. Announcing the project back in January, Ella wrote:

“So excited to finally announce that my sophomore album ‘Dandelion’ will be out April 10th & the title track is yours this Friday! Welcome to Dandelionland 💛”

She revealed that the album would have a total of 18 tracks and she released the title track, “Dandelion,” on all platforms on January 30th. Ella later revealed the full track listing of Dandelion and included who worked on each song including writers, musicians, backup vocalists, and producers.

Lainey Wilson Reacts To Ella’s New Album

And while Dandelion is surely taking fans by storm, Ella is even getting a major show of support from her friend and country music superstar Lainey Wilson. During a recent appearance at Country Thunder Arizona, Lainey publicly praised Ella’s new project.

Lainey addressed the crowd during an interview, asking fans if they had given it a listen:

“Hold up, have y’all listened to the Ella Langley record?,” Lainey asked.

As local radio hosts said they’d already heard the record, Lainey beamed with pride, as though Ella was her little sister.

“Imma tell you right now, my girl, Ella…” she continued.

It’s refreshing to see that Lainey and Ella share a bond that clearly extends well beyond the music industry. You can listen to Ella’s new song off Dandelion below.
