Lainey Wilson Has Had One Heck Of An Incredible Year

Country superstar Lainey Wilson seems to be unstoppable in her ever-growing career.

In May, Wilson’s Whirlwind won the ACM Award for Album of the Year. The album was one of the most popular records released in country music within the past year!

Whirlwind reached the third spot on the Top Country Albums chart and peaked at #8 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart. Additionally, the album produced the hit singles “Hang Tight Honey” and “4x4xU.”

She also took home the Entertainer of the Year, marking her second consecutive win for the prestigious title.

Additionally, Wilson has opened a popular bar in downtown Nashville, and a gorgeous boot collection. It seems there is nothing the “Heart Like A Truck” singer can’t do.

Lainey Wilson Exhibit Opens At The Country Music Hall Of Fame

Beginning in July of 2025, Wilson is also now featured in a Country Music Hall of Fame exhibit.

The exhibit, titled “Lainey Wilson: Tough as Nails”, opened on July 18 and will run through June 2026. It will showcase Wilson’s life and career through personal items like handwritten lyrics, childhood journals, and early bell-bottoms.

The exhibit’s opening was celebrated with a party where Wilson spoke about the significance, saying she was deeply honored to be featured in the Hall of Fame.

“This moment feels surreal and I can’t even begin to express how deeply grateful I am and just so honored to have my very own exhibit here at the Country Music Hall of Fame. That just sounds crazy coming out of my mouth, to be honest with you,” the singer said. “I have always respected the history of country music, and I wanted to learn more about this genre that is rooted in truth and in damn good stories. And I cannot believe now I’ve got an exhibit of my own.”
