Four days after attending the CMA Awards with her husband Luke Bryan, who also happened to co-host the show, Caroline Bryan revealed she had to undergo an “unexpected surgery.”
On November 10, Caroline rocked a gorgeous cheetah print dress and had the time of her life supporting her husband. She joked about maybe having a little too much fun and really feeling it the next morning. She wrote, “How I looked last night vs. how I looked this morning..Love you my handsome host!”

On Monday (Nov. 14) Caroline shared a photo of herself in a hospital gown with both of her thumbs up and a big smile on her face. Her caption read, “Well…unexpected hip surgery….but I got the best care and surrounded by the most selfless friends ever!”
The second slide of her post was a video, seemingly in recovery, where she was with three of her good friends. While she was in surgery they decorated her walker with lots of stickers, some of which read, “Y’all Need Jesus,” a middle finger, and other funny graphics.
One of her friends also showed off a shirt they got her which read “Straight Outta Hip Surgery.”
At least Caroline still has her amazing sense of humor! We hope she has a speedy recovery!
