Now, Luke may have his eyes on another cover.
Taking to social media in the evening of Tuesday, June 3, Luke performed an impassioned cover of Teddy Swims‘ hit 2023 song “Lose Control.”
The video, which was filmed by Luke from his own phone, was captioned by Luke with the words, “A little Lose Control by the man @teddyswims.”
With his acoustic guitar in hand, his rendition of “Lose Control” starts confidently, meeting the intensity of the song’s lyrics.
“Something’s got a hold of me lately. No, I donโt know myself anymore. Feels like the walls are all closin’ in, and the devil’s knockinโ at my door.”
Throughout the video of the performance, Luke gives his all, with the chorus highlighting the power of his voice.
After getting through the first chorus, Luke reaches for his phone and stops recording, leaving many wanting more.
