Ree Drummond Is A Proud Grandma
Before becoming a grandmother, Ree Drummond, known for her popular blog as “The Pioneer Woman,” was a proud mother.
She has four biological children and one adopted foster child. Her first two daughters, Alex and Paige, both recently married—Paige just over the weekend and Alex in 2021. She also has three sons: Todd, Bryce, and their adopted son, Jamar Goff.
Alex, Ree’s eldest daughter, married her husband, Mauricio Scott, on May 1, 2021, and the couple welcomed their adorable daughter, Sofia Paige Scott, on December 18, 2024.
Clearly, “The Pioneer Woman” is incredibly enthusiastic about being a grandmother; she celebrates every new milestone in her children’s lives. This includes the recent celebration of Paige’s marriage to her college sweetheart, David, at the family farm.
Ree recently shared an Instagram carousel featuring her favorite moments from the day, saying,
“What a joyous day! Love is beautiful. “

Ree Posted A Sweet Instagram Video
After what must have been a chaotic week filled with wedding preparations and the big day itself, Ree shared a lighthearted video of herself with her grandchild. The amusing video showed Ree running down a road and doing a goofy dance alongside her firstborn grandchild in a stroller. The video was accompanied by a silly song playing in the background. She said,
“Entertaining Sofia during her fussy pre-bedtime walk last night. We parents and grandparents do what must be done. (Pls ignore the brief shot of the Bassets. They have to investigate all smells…)”
Ree’s Instagram followers loved the video and shared similar experiences in the captions.
