On Friday (April 7), Lucasfilm shared the latest trailer for the highly anticipated film, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, and we’ll say this – it looks like it’s going to be an adventure for the ages.

If things couldn’t get even more exciting, the film is set to have its world premiere on May 18 at the Cannes Film Festival in France.

Harrison Ford and director James Mangold will be expected to be there walking down the red carpet in Cannes, accompanied by a John Williams soundtrack.

The movie is set to release in theaters on June 28 in France and June 30 in the U.S., giving fans just enough time to book their tickets and prepare for the adventure of a lifetime.

According to Screen Rant, The Dial of Destiny, the upcoming movie in the Indiana Jones franchise, has been referred to as “the highly anticipated final installment of the beloved franchise” in a recent press release issued by the studio. According to Director James Mangold, who has replaced Steven Spielberg for this film, The Dial of Destiny will be the “final Indiana Jones adventure.”

The festival will also host a career tribute to Harrison Ford, marking 15 years since the premiere of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Can you believe it’s been that long already?

Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall, and Simon Emanuel produce the Disney and Lucasfilm production, while Steven Spielberg and George Lucas act as executive producers.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, Antonio Banderas, and John Rhys-Davies will also be joining Harrison Ford in this epic movie.

At the preview of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, which made its world premiere at Cannes, it received a standing ovation that lasted nearly four minutes.
