Shaboozey Teases A Collaboration With Morgan Wallen
Shaboozey has had an incredible breakout year with his viral hit “The Bar Song (Tipsy),” which has made history since its release in April 2024. The country-pop crossover has become the longest-running chart-topper of the decade and tied for the record in history with 19 consecutive weeks at the top of Billboard’s Hot 100.
With the song’s success, it’s no surprise that Shaboozey has earned several award nominations. In September, he won Best New Artist at the People’s Choice Country Awards, and recently, he scored five Grammy nominations for the 67th Grammy Awards.
During an interview with Billboard after the Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 2, Shaboozey shared what’s next for him after such a big year in his career. He hinted that there’s plenty more on the way for his fans, including a potential collaboration with a major country superstar.
The 29-year-old singer revealed to the outlet that a collaboration with Morgan Wallen could be happening very soon.
“Stuff’s comin’, man, stuff’s comin”,” Shaboozey said. “He shot me a text the other day and it’s just good that he’s doing good, taking care of himself, putting out some new music that I feel the world is excited about… and ready for.”
“I’m so excited about it [my upcoming music]. I feel like I’m now coming into my own,” he added.

Will Shaboozey Appear On Morgan Wallen’s Upcoming Album?
The collaboration Shaboozey hinted at with Wallen may be available sooner than we think. Fans might even see the song on Wallen’s upcoming album, I’m the Problem.
On January 24, the “Last Night” singer announced that he would be releasing his fourth studio album sometime this year. Not many details have been shared yet, likely because Wallen mentioned in his announcement that he’s still working on it. This means his collaboration with Shaboozey could potentially end up being one of the undisclosed tracks on the finished album.
We will just have to wait and see…
