Shania Twain hosted the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards and rocked a variety of eye-catching outfits
Music City gathered together on Thursday, September 26th, to recignize achievements in county music, as voted by the fans. The second annual People’s Choice Country Awards was held at the historic Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, TN, and the celebration was hosted by country music icon Shania Twain.
The evening delivered many memorable performances and celebrated country legends as well as up-and-coming stars. Miranda Lambert was honored with the Country Icon Award, and Kane Brown accepted the award for Country Champion.

During the ceremony, Shania Twain donned one of her most iconic outfits from the 90s
Highly-awarded country singer Shania Twain kicked off the night with a grand entrance set to her hit song “Man! I Feel Like A Woman!”
“Man! I Feel Like A Woman!” was released in 1999 and was a commercial success, landing in the top five on the US Hot Country Songs chart and becoming certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The tune also went on to win a Grammy Award for Best Female Country Vocal Performance the following year.
In the subsequent music video for the catchy song, Shania wears a cutting-edge take on a tuxedo. Throughout the song, she removes the outer layers of the ensemble until she is left with a little black corset dress and a top hat.
