Zac Brown Band To Release New Album With Four Show Sphere Residency
Zac Brown Band officially announced their upcoming eighth studio album, Love & Fear, set for release on December 5, 2025.
The band, whose hit songs include “Chicken Fried” and “Colder Weather,” will welcome the album the same day as the start of their exciting four-night residency at the new popular Las Vegas venue, the Sphere.
According to a press release, the residency will “offer a rare glimpse into his life like never before, a behind-the-scenes look at the journey that shaped him. From heartbreak and hardship to growth and redemption, the performance will reflect a constant evolution, both as an artist and as a person.”
Lead singer Zac Brown gushed about the residency, saying the show was a story in his life that he has yet to share with fans.
“Bringing our new album Love & Fear to Sphere in Las Vegas is a dream come true,” Brown shared in a statement. “It’s my masterpiece so far. This show is the story of my life that I have never shared, a journey through my imagination, music and stories that have defined who I am. All of this brought to life in the incredible immersive environment of Sphere. It will be a unique experience where you can really feel every note, every word, right there with us. We can’t wait to share it with the fans.”
Brown Previously Hints At A Sphere Residency
Brown first hinted at the Las Vegas venture while speaking to Theo Von for an episode of his This Past Weekend podcast last year.
“That’s the greatest canvas that has ever been created, so far. And to get to be one of the first bands to go in there and do it, this is our masterpiece, man,” the “Chicken Fried” singer said at the time.
Brown shared that he had been working with a team for over a year to make the show happen.
“It’s going to be the biggest spectacle we have ever done. I am very excited because this puts us in another league. And the goal is for our band to just keep going, man, and be like The Rolling Stones or the Grateful Dead…yeah, Jimmy Buffett. Be in that legacy act thing. This is really our first thing that I am putting a year plus work into for making one show,” he continued.
In May, Brown also told famous livestreamer Kai Cenat at the American Music Awards that a residency was coming “this year.”
Last week, the band hinted at something big coming, which many fans speculated they may be breaking up.
“There’s no way to sum up what the last chapter has meant to us…” they shared. We’ve played thousands of shows, crossed countless state lines, and seen every kind of weather and welcome you could imagine.”
