Nicole Kidman Comes Clean About Why She Never Texts Her Husband

While they don’t have a problem with texting, this beloved actress opens up about why she never will send him messages in a new interview with InStyle Magazine.

Nicole Kidman and country music superstar, Keith Urban, have been happily married for more than 10 years and have two beautiful children together. Being so close and connected, the two aren’t often too far apart, but their jobs do keep them busy – so how do they stay connected? Well, it certainly isn’t through texting!

As CMT Cody reports, Kidman explained in her InStyle interview why she and hubby Urban don’t text one another, and the reason isn’t as surprising as you might think – it’s just another adorable example of their resilient devotion.

“Keith and I don’t ever text. We call. That’s just what we’ve always done,” Kidman said to the publication.

She previously had explained to DuJour that they make the conscious decision to call instead of text because “it’s about trying to keep it as intimate and personal as possible” – and that’s something we all can relate to.

But, these two don’t stop at just calling each other! Sometimes they even FaceTime when they’re on the road (like when Urban rang up Kidman for their 10th anniversary in the middle of a concert).
