Post Malone, known for his unique style and musical experimentation, has teamed up with Taylor Swift for their latest collaboration, “Fortnight.”
The song is the lead single from Swift’s new album, The Tortured Poets Department, released on April 19, 2024.
Prior to the release, Taylor Swift shared her excitement about the collaboration on Instagram, praising Malone’s talent and the experience of working together.

Malone covered all his tattoos for this new collaboration to play Swift’s star-crossed lover.
In the music video, replicas of Malone’s facial tattoos appear on Swift’s face as she sings.
The video features an intimate scene between Post Malone and Taylor Swift, with Malone tenderly holding Swift’s face and the two clasping hands. Later, they work on typewriters across from each other.
Streams of pink and blue emerge from their typewriters, creating a bright spark. Swift reads to Malone as they lie in the middle of an empty road, with his facial tattoos now absent.
The video showcases a range of emotions, from the tender moment between the two artists to a scene of Swift undergoing shock therapy, with Malone standing alongside men in lab coats.
In an interview with Zane Lowe and Apple Music, Malone expressed his excitement about working with Swift, mentioning that it was her who initiated the collaboration.
“She’s so sweet and so kind and talented, and she hit me up and said, ‘Let’s do it.’ And I was like, ‘Hell yeah,'” he shared.
