A contestant on The Voice becomes overtaken with emotion after earning a quick chair turn from the Voice coach whose song she is performing. Lauren Diaz sang a moving rendition of Voice coach newcomer Alicia Keys’ award winning single “If Ain’t Got You” in a display of what Keys describes as “God given talent.”

Once Diaz’s performance comes to a close, Keys quickly rushes on stage to hug her emotional fan. Diaz’s performance earned her three chair turns with a hold out from Adam Levine who jokes “the fact that you sang an Alicia song and she was the first one to turn…It’s over.”

Miley Cyrus jokes “I turned for fun…I would love to have you on my team but she’s getting you no matter what but I look forward to you two working together.” Blake Shelton fights valiantly fighting for Diaz saying “Lauren, I am not going to accept it…It just gets to the point to where somebody is so talented it’s disrespectful to not push your button.”

After Cyrus and Shelton make their case, Alicia goes in for the kill by singing, “Some people want it all but I don’t want nothing at all, if it ain’t you Lauren.”

Lauren says she grew up playing and singing Alicia Keys songs on her piano but took a step back from music after the birth of her 4-year-old son. In a predictable series of events, Diaz picks Keys as her coach and advances to the next round.
