2018 CMT Music Awards Announce Performance Of The Year Winner

Every year the CMT Music Awards takes over the world of country music and honors the best and most-beloved videos and performances that have happened in the last year. It’s all based on fan votes, so it’s purely decided on what the country music community feels is deserving!

During the 2018 CMT Music Awards show, they revealed the nominees for Performance Of The Year – and boy was that list filled with big names and killer performances!

While so many great performances (even some from last year’s CMT Music Awards) were nominated, only one could take home the top honors for this award!

After much fanfare and celebration of the nominees, it was announced that Backstreet Boys and Florida Georgia Line had won!!

During their unforgettable rendition of “Everybody” during their CMT Crossroads performance, all of these talented musicians brought world-class entertainment to the stage and left the entire audience cheering!
