The Already Have 5 Kids!
The Gaines family welcomed baby number five to the family in June. While they were not planning on having another child so long after their other kids, baby Crew was welcomed by his parents and four very excited older brothers and sisters.

Since the little guy was born on June 21, 2018 – his parents AND siblings have been giving him lots of love non-stop. And with that face, it would definitely be understandable if they would want another tiny one running around.
Will They Add One More?
In an interview with People, Chip and Joanna opened up about their plans to possibly add baby #6! With Drake, 13, Ella, 12, Duke, 9, and Emmie, 8 – Chip is worried about who Crew will have to grow up with.
He told the magazine, “It’s hard to believe this little turkey will only be 10 years old when Emmie is graduating from high school. I think we have to have another one because I’m particular about the only child thing. Crew needs a sister to manage this whole thing out. Don’t be surprised if No. 6 is in the cards!”
But not everyone feels the same…
Joanna Is Still On The Fence
While she is not completely ruling out the idea, Joanna still has mixed feelings. As the one who would actually be carrying the baby for nine months, she opened up about the difficulties of pregnancy after 40.

She explained, “I was limping into work and I couldn’t breathe,” she said. “At 40, it’s definitely a little different.” Still, Joanna likes to keep an open mind to these sorts of things, and with as adorable as their family is, we wouldn’t mind seeing another Gaines in this world.
