Teaming up with a gospel choir, Voice contestant Brooke Simpson will bring you to your knees with her heavenly yet chilling take on classic Christmas tune “O Holy Night.”

In one of her final performances on NBC’s hit reality series, the talented vocalist delivered a stunning rendition of the holiday classic, Simpson no doubt edging herself closer to the title of Voice champion with her masterful performance.

“I can’t even articulate what I’m feeling. What an incredible night. From singing my favorite holiday song, to singing with my favorite person [Miley Cyrus], to singing my VERY FIRST SINGLE.  a big song with an even bigger message. Wow. I’m honestly just at a loss for words,” she wrote via Instagram, before adding, “I love you all so much and regardless of tomorrow nights out come [sic] I feel like I already won…and that’s because of you.”

Fans of The Voice first met Simpson back in the blind auditions when she earned the first four-chair turn of the season with a spine-tingling rendition of Demi Lovato’s “Stone Cold.” After a fierce plea from each of the judges, the talented young vocalist went on to join Team Miley.

The 26-year-old currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is a Native American from Haliwa-Saponi tribe, growing up on the tribal grounds where she sang in the church as a practicing evangelist.
