With rumors regarding their relationship constantly making headlines, it’s hard for fans to tell where the status of Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani‘s relationship actually lies. So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that reporters attempt to solidify the status of their relationship whenever they get a chance.
While walking The Voice red carpet with Kelly Clarkson, Shelton commented on marriage rumors in a hilarious interview with Extra‘s Terri Seymour.
“Well, I don’t know if you guys read the magazines, but we’ve been married for a while. It’s been on the cover of all the credible magazines!” joked Shelton.
Clarkson then chimed in, making the point that marriage is a big decision and that it’s about time for the media to leave him and Stefani alone.
“It’s a big decision, especially when she’s got kids — it’s big thing! I think y’all should leave them alone!” said Clarkson.
The Voice veterans began officially dating back in late 2015 following meeting on the set of Season 7. Now with over two years of dating under their belt, they seem to be more in love than ever.
