Gwen Stefani celebrated her 51st birthday on Saturday (October 3). In honor of the occasion, her longtime boyfriend and fellow Voice coach Blake Shelton penned a romantic note for her on social media.
Shelton shared his birthday wishes for Stefani alongside a photo taken from their “Happy Anywhere” music video. The couple filmed the video on Shelton’s ranch in Oklahoma with some help from Stefani’s brother.
The picture Shelton chose shows Stefani holding on to his arm while looking up at him lovingly. Shelton shared a lot of love for her right back, writing, “It’s a special day for a special lady in my life. Happy birthday @gwenstefani.”
Shelton then went on to drop a line that was truly heart-melting, as he said, “I’d write a song for you every single day if I could…”
