How wonderful it can be to indulge in outdoor physical activity on a sunny day. That’s exactly what a jogger was expecting in a video shared by Rumble on March 9th, 2019.
The video showed a jogger running on a trail in a park with nothing on but shorts, shoes, and a big sun hat on to protect his face. Little did he know, however, danger lurked in the distance up ahead. An alligator was sunbathing, laying on the trail.
It got even more alarming when the jogger ran past a couple men walking in the opposite direction and he put his head down to focus on the run – getting closer, and closer, to the gator. He continued his run completely unaware that a big gator was sunbathing on the path up ahead.
Right as he was about to run right over the gator, he jumped out of fear for his life and quickly changed his path to avoid being bitten or injured by the animal, who at this point, had its mouth big open wide.
The gator also seemed to be surprised by the jogger running up on it and retreated back into the water where it was initially swimming. Fortunately, neither the animal nor the jogger were hurt during this beautiful sunny day. A little shook up, but okay.
