With rumors regarding their relationship constantly making headlines, it’s hard for fans to tell where the status of Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani‘s relationship actually lies. So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that reporters attempt to solidify the status of their relationship whenever they get a chance.
In an interview with CMT’s Cody Alan prior to the 2018 ACM Awards taking place last night (April 14) at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Shelton opened up on whether or not he thinks about marrying Stefani.
“I think about it. I don’t think it’s anytime soon or anything,” Shelton admits. “The more time that goes by, I guess, the closer you’d be getting to that.”
The question came after an appearance on The Ellen Show by Stefani who admitted to thinking about marrying the country singer “all the time.”
“You know, what? I love weddings,” Stefani shared with talk show host Ellen DeGeneres. “The kids love him. We love him. Everybody loves him. He is lovable.”
The Voice veterans began officially dating back in late 2015 following meeting on the set of Season 7. Now with over two years of dating under their belt, they seem to be more in love than ever.
