Welcome Baby Navy Rome!
On February 4, Jason and Brittany Aldean took to social media to share some happy news. Their daughter, Navy Rome, was born that day!
Jason and Brittany shared identical photos of their new bundle of joy on their respective social media accounts. In her post, Brittany revealed that her little girl was “7lbs 12oz of pure preciousness.”

After sharing that photo, Brittany followed up the next day with a short video showing her and Jason’s son Memphis meeting his baby sister for the first time.
The video is as cute as can be, as you can hear Jason telling his son to give his little sister some “sugar.” At his dad’s instruction, Memphis gently leans over twice and gives Navy a kiss on the cheek. It’s so precious!

What Happened In The Weeks After Navy Arrived
Following Navy’s birth, Brittany had to stay in the hospital for a few days due to complications she experienced following labor. She opened up about those complications in her Instagram Story, saying that her feet were terribly swollen and she had to have a blood transfusion.
Once mama and baby were finally able to come home, Brittany remained fairly silent on her social media accounts. While fans were expecting to see tons of photos of Miss Navy, Brittany didn’t share any.
The few posts she did make in the two weeks since Navy’s arrival included a cheesy photo of Memphis, a post in honor of Valentine’s Day, and a picture from a Sweet 16 birthday party for Jason’s daughter, Keeley.

A New Photo Of Navy
Finally, two weeks after Navy was born, Brittany shared a new photo of her. The sweet snapshot shows how fast the baby girl has grown in such a short amount of time…and gives us a first look at her gorgeous eyes!
Dressed in an adorable rainbow-covered onesie, little Navy is directly facing the camera while Brittany holds her up. The proud mama gushed about her baby girl in her caption, calling her, “Mommy’s little dimple baby.”
She also posed a question to her followers. Everyone has always said that Memphis looks just like Jason, and Brittany is starting to suspect that baby Navy is also her father’s mini-me. She wanted to know if her followers feel the same way, or if they think she looks more like her mama.

Those who commented on Brittany’s post were almost entirely in agreement…Navy is definitely her father’s spitting image. That’s not the answer Brittany was wanting to hear, we’re sure!
But who knows, maybe when she gets older Navy will start to take after her mama. Only time will tell!
