Carrie Underwood’s 41st birthday on Sunday (March 10) was spent away from home, but her loved ones made sure the celebrations reached her.
Her husband Mike Fisher and their young sons, Isaiah and Jacob, organized a sweet surprise for her special day.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Underwood shared the heartwarming gesture from her family: a stunning bouquet of birthday flowers with a pretty mix of pink and white blooms.
“Flowers from my boys,” she captioned the photo.
It’s unclear if Underwood’s family was physically present with her or if the flowers were a heartfelt long-distance gift. However, considering the singer’s recent performance for her Reflection residency in Las Vegas on Saturday night (March 9), just before her birthday, it wouldn’t be surprising if she celebrated solo this year.
The thoughtful present undoubtedly brought a smile to her face, even if it was from a distance.
Onstage Birthday Celebration
Despite not being in Nashville, Underwood’s Las Vegas birthday seemed to still be memorable.
With the stage crew’s help, Underwood enjoyed a surprise mini-party during her Saturday night performance, complete with flowers and a massive birthday cake. A fan even joined her onstage to lead a rendition of “Happy Birthday,” while animated fireworks lit up the backdrop behind them.
Underwood leaned in to blow out the candles on her cake, receiving a huge roar from the crowd.

Reflection Residency Extended
Underwood’s Reflection Residency debuted in December 2021 and has since been a resounding success, regularly selling out at the Resorts World Theatre.
Due to its popularity, Underwood has continuously expanded her residency. She recently revealed a fresh lineup of shows for 2024, extending the run until October.
